Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your LaganMilan account and remove your profile from our platform, you can request deletion by email or through the support feature in our app. We will process your request and delete your account along with all associated personal data.

How to Request

You can request account deletion in either of the following ways:

Through the app: Log in to your account on app.laganmilan.com, open the Support feature, and write to us requesting account deletion.

By email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the following details in your email:

Your registered email address or phone number
Your full name as shown on your profile
A brief reason for account deletion (optional)

Processing Time

We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days. Once your account is deleted, your profile, photos, and personal information will be permanently removed from our platform and cannot be recovered.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Any active subscription or paid plan will not be refunded upon account deletion. If you only wish to temporarily hide your profile, please contact us and we can help with that instead.
