Our Commitment

LaganMilan is committed to providing a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Our platform is intended solely for use by adults aged 18 and above, and we take active measures to prevent minors from accessing our services and to prevent any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on LaganMilan and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating profiles impersonating or representing minors
• Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with a minor
• Any sexual content, communication, or solicitation involving a minor
• Attempting to use the platform to arrange meetings with, exploit, or harm a minor

Age Requirements and Prevention Measures

• Users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older during registration. By creating an account, users represent that they meet this requirement
• We collect age-related profile information (such as date of birth or age) as part of account setup for our matrimony services
• Accounts that appear to belong to minors, or that are reported as underage, are reviewed and removed
• Our team manually reviews user reports and flagged accounts or content related to safety concerns

Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report suspicious accounts, messages, or content within the app using the Report option where available on profiles and conversations. Reports can also be submitted directly to our safety team at the contact address below.

We encourage anyone who encounters content or behavior that may indicate child exploitation to report it immediately rather than engaging further.

Our Response Process

When a report is received, our team:

• Reviews the reported content or account promptly
• Removes any violating content immediately and suspends or permanently bans the associated account
• Preserves relevant records as required for legal compliance
• Reports confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law
• Cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety

Law Enforcement Cooperation

LaganMilan cooperates with law enforcement agencies, NCMEC, and other child safety organizations worldwide in investigations related to child exploitation and abuse. We respond promptly to valid legal requests for information related to such investigations.
